House Rules
Some things to know before you book....
- Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm.
- Check-out is any time before 10:00 am.
- We ask that occupants be limited to those persons listed on the rental agreement, at a maximum of 10 people (adults and children of any age included).
- We do have a strict cancellation policy. 50% of your payment is due at the time of booking, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your stay, and is also non-refundable once paid.
- We ask that all shoes are left by the front door, and no shoes are worn in the house.
- We do not allow any pets on the property.
- We do not allow parties or large gatherings at the house.
- We ask that there is no smoking in the house.
- No children under the age of 10 permitted in the hot tub. Children age 10-16 must be supervised in the hot tub at all times.
