Complete a Rental Application
If you decide our lodging option is a good fit for you, then your next step is to complete our quick online rental application. Please reach out to us any time and we'll gladly send the link for the application.
The Process
Once we receive your application, we will reach out to connect with you and will contact your references. If we decide it's the right fit, we will conduct the tenant background check (for which we ask that the applicant pay the cost - approximately $50). This is paid directly to the company performing the background check, and you will be connected to them during the process. All of this is very quick and easy. We will also ask for proof of funds.
Complete a Rental Agreement / Lease
Once you have been approved, you will receive an acceptance email with our rental lease to sign and payment instructions.
Payment
Our preference is for you to set up a monthly wire transfer for rent payments once the lease has been signed. We can discuss other options if this is not best for you.
- First and last months' rent will both be due at the time of signing.
- All other months' rent will be due on or before the first of the month - paying in advance for that upcoming month.
- We will collect a refundable damage deposit at the time of booking.
- We will pay all utilities (TV and upgraded internet will be additional costs, if desired), with a $250 / month cap on the energy bill. Any cost above that will be charged to you.

We'll do our best to make everything simple and enjoyable right from the start. In addition to check-in / check-out information, house guidelines, and some local resources, we'll also send you a code to the front door and garage so arrival is a snap. We'll have instructions and informational documents ready at the house upon arrival.
